The Policies and Procedures SIG assists STC members in developing, implementing, and managing policies and procedures related to communication through education and networking opportunities, conference sessions and publications, and interaction with other professional organizations in areas of common interest.
Policies and Procedures SIG activities include publishing a regular newsletter, Steps & Specs , presenting conference sessions, and developing articles for Intercom and Technical Communication on issues related to the development of policies and procedures.
