SWO-STC’s annual holiday gathering was held on December 18 at the Encore Café in West Chester. We had a casual get together this year – giving everyone plenty of time to network and catch up with one another.

Todd DeLuca kicked off the evening by sharing a story about a “good project gone bad”. Other people chimed in with their own stories and comments, making for a fun and impromptu roundtable discussion.

After eating the yummy hors d’oeuvres that Encore prepared especially for us, Sylvia Miller shared ideas about project post-mortems. She reminded all that we can all learn from every project, not just the bad ones! Thea Teich wrapped up the evening by sharing her passion for STC with us.

It was a nice evening and gave everyone a bit of breathing room before the onset of the holidays!
